Our canvasses are printed on high quality linen, spun with the greatest care around a strong wooden frame, 3 cm in thickness.
How to place an order
Once you have made your choice from the works of art shown in the gallery on our website, simply complete the order form. Important, of course, are the dimensions you would require your canvas to have. If you wish, you can have your order delivered to a destination other than your home address. This is ideal when you would like to surprise somebody with a unique work of art. Once you have placed your order, you will receive confirmation of your desired purchase by email.
It will also tell you how to make your payment. When said payment has been received, the work of art you have chosen will be delivered within 5 working days to the address of your choice.
Delivery is free of cost when the address is in the Netherlands. We will charge accordingly for deliveries to other countries. These costs vary per country and delivery usually takes between 5 and 10 working days. Before we deliver your order, we will send you an email with a 'Track & Trace' number.
Payment
Once you have completed and returned the order form, you will receive confirmation of your order by email, together with our terms of payment. The amount payable will need to be credited to Dikra Creations' account within 7 working days. Once we have received your payment, we will process your order. Should you not be satisfied with our product after delivery, we can always cancel your payment or print a new piece of art. Customer satisfaction is our main priority..
